Products and Processing Your Order:

• All of our products are handcrafted, thus no two items may be exactly the same. Each item is given Wendy Kromer Confections signature attention to detail. There may be subtle, color, and shape variations in each piece.
• All of our products are made-to-order. Please be advised, there may be a 2-6 week wait on certain items, due to scheduling.
• If you are looking for custom made decorations, please call (419) 609-0450 or email us at sales@wendykromer.com with your request. As custom decorations can take more time, please allow at least 6-8 weeks for delivery.
• We strongly recommend that if you are planning to use our handmade decorations for your Wedding cake, please place your order 1-3 months in advance, so we may be able to complete your order, and ship it out to you in time for your Wedding. We will do our best to accommodate you!
• Please note the date of your Wedding/Special Event in the “Comments” box, on the order form, when placing an order. If we cannot complete your order in time, we will call you upon receipt of the order. Or you may call (419) 609-0450, or email us at sales@wendykromer.com, before placing an order.
• For all Online orders, Credit Cards will not be billed until the order is ready to ship. Upon billing we will add the shipping/handling charges to the order.

Shipping/Handling:

• All of our products (with the exception of Wedding Cakes) are shipped via UPS. Depending on your location, this can increase shipping time. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please be sure to give us a complete street address. With the exception of decorated cookies, we strongly recommend shipping our products out approximately 2 weeks prior your event.
• If you will need expedited shipping, please note this on your order in the “Comments” box.
• There is a $10 surcharge on all orders shipped to Canada, Mexico and overseas. We will ship via UPS or USPS to all international destinations. This applies to international orders ONLY.
• At this time, we do not pre-calculate shipping costs. All shipping costs will be reflected on your bill at the time of shipment. If you would like an estimate for shipping costs, before placing an order, please email us at sales@wendykromer.com. We will need your contact information, the items you would like to order, as well as the ship-to address. We will then contact you via email. In general, most orders shipped UPS “ground” within the continental US, run any where from $9-$20, per package.
• Customers will be notified by email when their product is shipped.
  

Returns/Exchanges Policy

• Our products are made-to-order and as such cannot be returned. However, if the product is defective or damaged please return the merchandise to us within 10 days and we will gladly exchange it. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Similarly, if your order appears to have been damaged during shipping, please save all exterior packaging and contact us so that we may rectify the situation.
