What Can I Expect To Pay For A Wedding Cake?
Our wedding cakes start at $6 per serving and there is a $150 minimum order for all of our cakes.  The final price will be determined by the style of cake, number of servings, labor involved and the materials & ingredients necessary to create it. 

Additional expenses may be incurred if you would like to order a custom made cake board; have us order fresh flowers for your cake; or if we need to purchase any additional pieces for your cake.

How Far In Advance Do I Need To Order A Wedding Cake?
We reserve wedding dates six months to one year in advance.

May I Taste Your Cakes Before Reserving The Date With You?
Please do!   When you and your Fiancé, or guest, come for your complimentary Wedding Cake Consultation, we will present you with a number of our cakes, fillings, and buttercreams to sample.  We request that only one other person come with you for consultations, as we have found, the more people involved, the less “cake work” gets done!

How Long Are Consultations, And Must I Bring Anything With Me?
Wedding cake consultations last 1 hour.  Before you arrive, we ask that you have a budget for what you would like to spend on your cake.  This will give us a better sense of what we can do for you.  We recommend you bring with you any ideas you may have for your cake, flowers, dresses, table decorations, etc.  It is also very helpful for us to know the space in which the reception will take place.   Any design direction, no matter how limited, is most helpful in giving us an idea of your dream cake!

Do I Have To Make A Deposit To Reserve My Wedding Date?  If So, How Much Is It And Can I Get A Refund, If Necessary?
Yes, you will need to make a 50% deposit to reserve your wedding date.  We will base your deposit on the total estimated amount at the time of the deposit.  We ask that you be absolutely certain that you would like to work with us, as all deposits are non-refundable

Do You Deliver Your Cakes?
We can deliver cakes throughout Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Indiana and Illinois.   We have a $40 per hour delivery fee, and this fee is based on a round trip.  If you are looking at a delivery that is longer than 8 hours round trip, we recommend flying the cake to you.

Do You Ship Wedding Cakes?
Yes!  We have successfully shipped our wedding cakes throughout the USA, and can set up international deliveries when necessary.  We work with one of the top airlines in the industry.  All of our cakes are hand carried on and off the planes, and held in a safe area until they can be picked up.  Wendy can also be available to fly with the cake and set it up on location, if necessary, for an additional fee.
